Meet your ADHD Coach
Frances Holder (she/her)
BSc (Hons) • Qualified ADHD Coach • Psychotherapist • Hypnotherapist
As well as being trained in ADHD... I live it.
For most of my life, I struggled with social anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, and a persistent dread that I wasn’t quite living up to my potential (despite being capable and driven).
Like many late-diagnosed adults, I spent years in traditional talking therapies trying to "fix" myself.
Until one day, at the tender age of 40... plot twist! I was diagnosed with combined-type ADHD. It was the start of a sometimes challenging, always worthwhile journey.
If there's just thing I hope you take away with you, it's this:
ADHD isn’t something to fix. It’s something to understand.
When I started meeting my ADHD brain with curiosity & compassion (rather than criticism), things shifted in very real ways.
- I’m less anxious.
- My mood is more stable.
- I feel more confident and capable.
- I have practical strategies to support focus, planning, and follow-through.
Nothing about my life became magically easy. But I gained something better: the knowledge and tools to navigate it with steadiness, self-trust, and choice.
And that’s my life's work now: helping my fellow late-diagnosed ADHDers move into self-understanding, self-mastery, and a life shaped around who you really are.
